摘 要:目的:分析大苞鞘花叶挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取寄主为牡荆的大苞鞘花叶挥发油;用气相色谱质谱联用法分析鉴定其化学成分。结果:挥发油分离出76个色谱峰,共鉴定47个化合物,占挥发油总量的84.73%。结论:本文填补了国内外对大苞鞘花研究的空白,为大苞鞘花的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。Objective : Analysis of chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Elytranthe albida. Method: The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation (SD) and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result: Seventy-six compounds were isolated and 46 compounds were identified that composed about 84.73% of the total essential oils. Conclusion: It's the first study of leaves of E. albida in this paper, and provided scientific evidence for further exploiting.
