大苞鞘花叶挥发油化学成分分析

摘　　要：目的:分析大苞鞘花叶挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取寄主为牡荆的大苞鞘花叶挥发油;用气相色谱质谱联用法分析鉴定其化学成分。结果:挥发油分离出76个色谱峰,共鉴定47个化合物,占挥发油总量的84.73%。结论:本文填补了国内外对大苞鞘花研究的空白,为大苞鞘花的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。Objective ： Analysis of chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Elytranthe albida. Method： The essential oils were extracted by steam distillation （SD） and then the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. Result： Seventy-six compounds were isolated and 46 compounds were identified that composed about 84.73% of the total essential oils. Conclusion： It＇s the first study of leaves of E. albida in this paper, and provided scientific evidence for further exploiting.
