摘 要:低碳技术创新是实现低碳经济的关键所在。通过对深圳市150家企业的实地调查发现,部分企业低碳技术创新进程缓慢,企业在低碳技术创新中所面临的创新困境直接或间接地与现有技术的制约相关。可见,锁定效应在企业技术创新中广泛存在。文章在深入分析锁定效应构成因素的基础上结合实证调研结果,剖析锁定效应的各构成要素对企业低碳技术创新的影响程度,并试图寻找打破技术锁定和加快企业低碳技术创新进程的推动力。Low - carbon technology innovation is the keyway to achieve a low - carbon economy. Based on the survey of 150 enterprises in Shenzhen, it is found that the process of low- carbon technology innovation is slow in some enterprises. The innovation dilemma in low carbon technology innovation they face is associated with the constraints of existing technology. It is visible that lock - in effect exists in the process of technological innovation widely. So, this article analyzes the structure of lock - in effect deeply, combines the results of the investigation, analyzes the influence of various constituent elements of lock - in effects on low - carbon technological innovation, and attempts to find the power which could break locked situation and accelerate the pace of technological innovation of enterprises.
