摘　　要：航空制造企业属于军工企业,具有国防性质,其合作创新不同于一般企业的合作创新。分析了航空制造企业合作创新特点,构建了合作创新网络模型;归纳并分析了航空制造企业合作创新的三种模式,即政府指令型、政府推动型和企业主导型;最后提出了相关政策建议。Aeronautical enterprises are military enterprises which have defensive characteristics. So their cooperative innovation type is different from that of the general enterprises. First, the characteristics of cooperative innovation for aeronautical enterprises are analyzed. Secondly, network model of cooperative innovation is constructed. Finally, three innovation modes which include government directive type, government- led type and enterprise - led type are proposed and analyzed. Last, some useful policy recommendations are given.
