摘　　要：广东省科技型中小企业技术创新基金为中小企业开展技术创新、带动高端人才就业、培育战略性新兴产业作出了重要贡献。在总结广东省创新基金成效的基础上,分析了目前其存在的问题,并根据问题提出了相关措施和建议。Guangdong innovation fund for technology based finns has made important contributions to the technological innovation of SMEs, employment of high - end talents, cultivation of the strategic emerging industries, and so on. On the basis of summary of the effects of innovation fund, it analyzes the existing problems and gives some measures and proposals accordingly.
