摘  要:利用C8051F020单片机设计高精度非接触式的超声波测距。该系统利用4个HC-SR04超声波测距模块,四面测距,简化电路,减少了其他电路对超声波测距的干扰。在提高精度方面采用温、湿度补偿,电路使用DS18B20及湿敏电容器HS1101。系统测距范围2~400cm,精度1cm,并采用LCD12864显示温、湿度和四面距离。该系统具有结构简单,工作可靠,精度高的优点,实时显示四周障碍距离及温、湿度,可置于小车上,用于避障,智能导航等。A high-precision non-contact ultrasonic ranging system was designed with C8051F020 in this paper.Four HC-SR04 ultrasonic ranging modules are adopted in the system to simplify the circuit and reduce the interference from other circuits to ultrasonic range-finding.The error compensation of temperature and humidity is adopted to improve the accuracy.DS18B20 and the humidity sensitive capacitor HS1101 are used in the circuit.The range of the system range-finding is 2~400 cm and the accuracy is 1 cm.LCD12864 is used to display temperature,humidity and surrounding distance.The system has the characteristics of simple structure,reliable working,high accuracy,and real-time distance,temperature and humidity display of obstacles around.It can be mounted in a car for obstacle avoidance,intelligent navigation,and so on.
