摘　　要：介绍了中国科学院上海生命科学信息中心学科馆员团队开展的面向科研管理的3个学科知识服务案例,对3个案例中的需求、分析对象和范围、数据来源以及分析思路设计与实施等内容进行了详细了阐述,并通过案例探讨了面向科研管理的个性化学科知识服务实践的过程与方法。Three cases of scientific research management-oriented personalized subject by subject librarian team in Shanghai Information Center of Life Sciences, Chinese Academy knowledge service, provided of Sciences ,were described, followed by a elaboration of the demands, analysis subjects and scope, data source, analysis thinking design and implement involved in the 3 cases, and a study of the process and methods of scientific research management-oriented personalized subject knowledge service through the cases.
