摘 要:以聚乳酸纤维为基本相,亚麻纤维为增强体,通过层结构铺装热压制得亚麻纤维/聚乳酸复合材料。通过单因素试验分析了各因素对复合材料力学性能的影响,确定了各因素试验范围。利用响应面法确定出最优的工艺参数:亚麻用量43%,硅烷用量4%,热压温度190℃。按照此工艺条件制造的复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别为49.70 MPa、3.12 GPa、33.50 MPa和2.34 GPa。Film stacking and hot pressing techniques were applied to produce flax fibers (FF)/polylactic acid (PLA) composites using PLA film as basic phase and FF as reinforcement. The relationships between the main process parameters and the performances of the composites were analyzed by single-factor experiments in order to determine the range of the experimental factors. The optimal parameters were determined by the response surface methodology as flax addition 42%, silane addition 4%, and hot-pressing temperature 190 degrees C. The tensile strength, tensile modulus, flexural strength, and flexural modulus of the composites under the optimal process conditions were 49.70 MPa, 3.12 GPa, 33.50 MPa, and 2.34 GPa, respectively.
