摘　　要：阐述标准文献知识资源，标准文献管理人才是知识管理型人才，提出了知识经济时代标准文献管理的新观念以及为改变旧观念必须进行的改革。 It was introduced that Resources of standard documents and personnel of their administrators were intellectual economy type personnel. New sense of standard document management in intellectual economy times and revolution that must be done to change old sense were also raised.
