摘　　要：反腐败是关系党和国家前途与命运的大事。经过全社会的共同努力,我国的反腐败斗争取得了一定成效,但反腐倡廉形势依然严峻、任务依然艰巨。要彻底改变此种局面,必须加强对反腐倡廉教育和制度建设的实效性进行研究和评估,推广和建立有效的反腐倡廉教育方式与方法,健全和完善反腐倡廉的制度建设。把反腐倡廉教育和制度建设有机的结合起来,多头并举。The anti - corruption is the important event that relates to party and national prospect and destiny. After the joint effort of whole society, the anti - corruption conflict of our country obtained certain result. But anti - corruption and clean government is still rigorous, and the task is still hard. For thoroughly changing this situation, we must strengthen real results studies and evaluation of the building of education and system on anti - corruption and clean government, extend and establish effective method on anti - corruption and clean govermnent, perfect and improve the system construction on anti -corruption and clean government.
