高校创新人才培养模式服务地方的实践与探索——以嘉应学院为地方培养“党政干部战略后备人才”为例

摘　　要：创新人才培养模式,推进教学改革,提高教育教学质量是高校事业发展的不变主题。嘉应学院把握地方社会发展的需要,探索出多学科交叉培养、理论学习与实践锻炼相结合的为地方培养"党政干部战略后备人才"的实用型人才培养模式,为高校培养应用型人才、为地方和企业"定单式"培养人才提供了有效的借鉴。It is an unchanging theme in the development course of university to innovate the mode of talent cultivation, promote the teaching reform and improve the education quality. Grasping the need of local social development, Jiaying University figured out a mode of cultivating practical talents by multi - disciplinary training and integration of theoretical, study and practical training for a local service program in the cultivation of the＂ Strategic Reserve Personnel for the Party and Government＂. This mode provides an effective reference for the cultivation of practical talents in universities and the ＂order type＂ talent training for local enterprises.
