摘　　要：高校师生关系作为高校软环境的重要评价指标,其和谐程度对师生的身心发展、高校的管理乃至校园文化等均有重要影响。结合问卷调查,分析师生关系存在的问题,提出构建和谐师生关系策略。Being an important evaluation index of soft environment in colleges and universities,the harmonious degree of the relationship between teachers and students is vital to the physical and mental development of the teachers and the students,and it is also have great influence to the management of the universities and the campus culture.Studied on the relationship between teachers and students based on the questionnaire,this paper analyzed the problems of the relationship,and then put forward the strategy that can construct the harmonious teacher-student relationship.
