公共物品视角下农村义务教育供给研究  

On the Supply of Compulsory Education in Countryside from the Public Goods Perspective

摘　　要：中国农村义务教育供给长期实行的是"以县为主"的体制。税制改革后,地方财政收入急剧减少,农村义务教育供给在本来不充足的情况下还要减少。地方政府盲目"撤点并校",由此也产生了诸多问题。在公共物品的视角下,分析农村义务教育问题产生的原因和影响,并提出改善目前状况的建议,很有必要。The compulsory education supply is mainly given to the town in our rural areas.After the reform of taxation,the supply of the compulsory education in the countryside decreased continuesly because of the shortage of the resources.Furthermore,the implementation of the policy ＂closing and merging school＂ by the regional governments even caused many problems.This article,from the perspective of the theory of public goods,analyzes the reasons and the phenomenon,and puts forward some suggestions to deal with the current situation.
