摘　　要：由于数控技术在机械制造领域的广泛应用，社会需要大批实践能力强、职业素质高的数控技术专业人才。本文分析制造行业对数控技术专业人才的需求，从高职数控技术专业课程体系、教学模式、师资队伍建设、校企合作及实训基地建设等方面探索其对数控技术人才实践能力培养的促进作用。With the wide applications of CNC technology in machinery manufacturing, community needs a large number of CNC technology professionals with practical ability and professional quality. This article analyzes the demand of CNC technology professionals in the manufacturing industry, and discusses the CNC technology professional practice ability tra- ining from the curriculum system, teaching pattern, construction of teaching staff, school-enterprise cooperation, training base construction and other aspects.
