双蒲散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究双蒲散对慢性萎缩胃炎的临床疗效及对胃癌前病变的影响。方法:102例纳入患者随机分为双蒲散治疗组与摩罗丹对照组,分别治疗1个疗程后观察疗效,评价对症状、胃镜表现及组织病理改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.16%,对照组为74.51%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组临床症状、胃镜表现、组织病理的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双蒲散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,对胃癌前病变有一定的逆转作用。Objective：To study the effect of Shuangpu Powder on the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）.Methods：102 patients with CAG were distributed randomly into two groups：therapy group（treated with Shuangpu Powder）involving 51 cases,and the control group（treated with Moluo Dan）involving 51 cases.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Then the efficacy were evaluated.Results：The total effect of the therapy group was 92.16% and control group was 74.51%.Clinical,endoscopic and pathological efficacies of therapy group were significantly superior to the those of control group.Conclusion：Shuangpu Powder has obvious curative effect on treating CAG with preferable efficacy in precancerous lesions.
