经络舒胶囊合温和灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经络舒胶囊配合温和灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合DPN诊断标准的患者随机分为2组:中药组40例(经络舒胶囊合温和灸+糖尿病基础治疗)和对照组40例(糖尿病基础治疗),疗程1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数(Home-IR)、神经传导速度等变化。结果:中药组在改善临床症状、降血糖、降低胰岛素抵抗指数及提高神经传导速度等方面,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:经络舒胶囊配合温和灸治疗能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变,且有改善胰岛素抵抗、降血糖功效,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Jingluoshu Capsule combined with mild-warm moxibustion in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods：80 cases of patients with DPN diagnosis standard were randomly divided into two groups： Chinese traditional medicine group 40 cases（Jingluoshu Capsule combined with mild-warm moxibustion ＋ diabetes foundation treatment） and the control group 40 cases（diabetes foundation treatment）,the course of treatment was one month.To investigate both groups of patients before and after treatment under the following indicators of change,including： clinical curative effect,fasting blood sugar,eat two hours after the blood sugar,insulin resistance index（Home-IR）,nerve conduction speed.Results：Group of traditional Chinese medicine in improving clinical symptoms,lowering blood sugar,reduce insulin resistance index and increase nerve conduction velocity,etc,the curative effect is significantly better than the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：the Jingluoshu Capsule combined with mild-warm moxibustion in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） can significantly improve,and improve insulin resistance,blood glucose lowering effect,and clinical extension.
