大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对消炎痛型胃溃疡寒热证模型大鼠胃组织bFGF和血清VEGF含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察寒、热不同方剂对"病证结合"的消炎痛型胃溃疡寒热证模型大鼠胃组织bFGF和血清VEGF含量的影响,从药效学角度对该模型进行评价,并探讨其寒、热证的变化规律。方法:采用寒、热因素与消炎痛腹腔注射相结合,建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证动物模型,并比较寒热方剂对模型大鼠胃组织bFGF和血清VEGF含量的影响。结果:各模型组大鼠胃组织bFGF和血清VEGF含量显著升高,与空白组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);大黄黄连泻心汤可显著提升热性溃疡组大鼠胃组织bFGF和血清VEGF含量,理中丸可显著提升寒性溃疡组大鼠胃组织bFGF和血清VEGF含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸可通过提升血清VEGF和胃组织bFGF含量,分别实现对热性和寒性模型大鼠胃黏膜的保护作用,是"方证相应"规律的体现,肯定了本实验所采用的胃溃疡"病证结合"造模方法确实可行。Objective：To evaluate the gastric ulcer induced by abdominal injection of indomethacin combined with cold or heat syndrome from the angle of pharmacodynamics,and to explore the change regularity of cold or heat syndrome,through observing the influence of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction or Lizhong Pill on the contents of bFGF and VEGF of this model rats.Methods：Cold or heat factors combined with abdominal injection of indomethacin were used to establish gastric ulcer model.Euzymelinked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the contents of VEGF in serum and the contents of bFGF in stomach.Results：Compared to the blank group,the contents of VEGF in serum and the contents of bFGF in stomach increased remarkably in each model groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction or Lizhong Pill can respectively increase the contents of VEGF in serum and bFGF in stomach of heat-ulcer group or cold-ulcer group obviously（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：The protection action for stomach mucoca of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat-gastric ulcer,or Lizhong Pill on cold-gastric ulcer both can be achieved by increasing the contents of bFGF and VEGF,performing the regulation of formula-syndrome corresponding,and verifying the success gastric ulcer model of duplicating disease-syndrome combination.
