恶性肿瘤患者血清骨形态发生蛋白2、4、5、6的水平变化与临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者血清骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)2、4、5、6的水平变化和临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和放射免疫法对76例2010年9月至2011年3月山西医科大学第一临床医院住院恶性肿瘤患者及同期健康体检者9例(正常对照组)血清进行BMP2、4、5、6与甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平检测,其中恶性肿瘤患者组分为原发性肝癌组19例、胃癌组24例、胰腺癌组11例、结肠癌组9例、肺癌组13例。结果各恶性肿瘤组血清BMP2、4、5、6水平均低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);原发性肝癌组血清BMP2、4、5、6水平与其余各恶性肿瘤组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 (1)恶性肿瘤患者血清BMP2、4、5、6的水平较正常对照组都有所下降,BMP2、4、5、6可能具有抑制肿瘤细胞增长的作用。(2)BMP2、4、5、6对原发性肝癌具有一定诊断价值,其中BMP6的诊断价值最高。Objective To determine the change of bone morphogenetic protein（BMP） 2,4,5,6 and meaning in malignant tumor patients.Methods All blood samples were collected from hospitalized patients of the First Hospital of shanxi Medical University, between September 2010 and March 2011 and nine healthy human.Seventy-six malignant tumor patients were included, demographic and clinical information was obtained, including 19 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma, ll caseswith pancreatic carcinoma,24 cases with stomach carcinoma,9 cases with colon carcinoma,13 cases with lung carcinoma. Serum BMP2,4,5, 6 were detected and quantified using commercially available ELISA kits.Serum AFP was quantified by Radio immunoassay （RIA）.Results Serum BMP2,4,5,6 in the malignant tumor group and lower than the normal level of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; serum BMP2,4,5,6 in primary hepatic carcinoma group and the rest of the malignant tumor group were statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion （1）Serum BMP2,4,5,6 in the malignant tumor group are lower than the normal level of the control group,BMP2,4,5,6 may have the effect of inhibiting tumor cell growth. （2）BMP2,4,5,6 has certain diagnostic value for primary hepatocellular carcinoma, the BMP6 is the highest diagnostic value.
