摘 要:拉臂车主要由拉臂式自装卸装置及汽车底盘构成,主要依靠拉臂的运动来完成作业,拉臂的结构形式直接影响其性能与工作效率。简要介绍拉臂车的总体结构,以及拉臂常采用的3种结构形式和特点,并在装卸作业工况及卸料作业工况下对拉臂及箱体进行运动学和力学分析,对3种形式拉臂的优缺点进行对比,得出不同吨位拉臂车宜采用的拉臂结构形式。The hooklift truck consists mainly of a self handling attachment and a car-chassis that it chiefly uses the pull- arm actuation to do the job, therefore, how the pull-arm device is made-up would affect directly its function and efficiency. The text intrudes chiefly general construction of the pull-arm type wagon as well as its 3 commonly used structural types and features of the pull arm, which at the same time was analyzed at its pull arm and box section of the car-body kinetically and mechanically under conditions of loading and unloading. Besides, comparisons were done with and among weak points and strong points of the 3 type pull arms before getting suitable ones of the pull-arm mechanism for various loads in ton.
