摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对消化性溃疡患者复发率和心理状态的影响。方法将92例消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行循证护理,统计并比较两组患者溃疡复发率、患者满意度、护患沟通率、健康教育覆盖率及住院时间等。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评两组患者护理前后的焦虑和抑郁状态。结果观察组患者溃疡复发率降低,住院时间缩短,患者满意度、护患沟通率及健康教育覆盖率提高,焦虑、抑郁状态改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能够降低溃疡复发率和并发症发生率,改善患者心理状态,缩短住院时间,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of evidence-based nursing on the recurrence rate and the psychological state of the patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 92 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and observation group with 46 cases in each group. The control group received usual care ,while the observation group received evi- dence-based nursing. The recurrence rate, patients＇ satisfaction degree, nurse-patient communication rate, health education covering rate and hospitalization time were compared between 2 groups. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were adopted to evaluate the anxiety and depression state of two groups before and after nursing. Results The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the patients＇ satisfaction degree, nurse-patient communication rate and health educa- tion covering rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, showing statistical difference between 2 groups （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can reduce the recurrence rate of peptic ulcer and the incidence of peptic ulcer complications, improve the psychological state of patients and shorten the hospitalization time and recovery time, and is worthy of clinical application.
