摘 要:目的了解文科学生和理科学生学习护理专业的情况及是否存在差异。方法将2007~2009届护理专业专科学生中的60名文科学生与随机抽取的60名理科学生的理论成绩、临床实习成绩、心理素质评分、就业情况进行比较分析。结果邓小平理论、形势与政策、活动与休息3门课程的考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),显示文科学生的成绩好于理科学生。其他方面的成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论文科学生的学习能力、实践能力、心理素质完全能够适应护理专业的要求,可以实行文理兼收。Objective To identify the differences in nursing study between liberal arts students and science students. Methods The employment rate and the scores of paper tests,clinical practice and mental qualities were compared between 60 liberal arts students and 60 science students who were sampled at random from the 2007 to 2009 session of junior college nursing students. Results Scores of paper tests on courses of Deng Xiaoping Theory,Political & Current Affairs,and Activity & Rest showed statistically significant differences between liberal arts students and science students(P〈0.05) and liberal arls students got better grades than science students. No significant difference(P〉0.05) was found in scores of other courses and aspects. Conclusions Liberal arts students are fully able to adapt to the requirements of nursing specialty in learning ability, practical ability and mental qualities. It is feasible to recruit both liberal arts students and seienee students for nursing study.
