合作创新:产学研合作VS企业间合作

摘　　要：通过对北京、上海等地100家中小电子信息企业的调查,发现产学研合作和企业间合作都是企业合作创新的常用模式,那么这两种模式的合作创新绩效是否存在的差异呢?根据中小电子信息企业合作创新的特点建立了评价指标体系的基础上,运用模糊综合评价法对两种模式的创新绩效进行了评价,发现两者的绩效并不存在显著的差异,但两种模式的各绩效指标的评价值存在显著差异,产学研合作对于企业的学习能力的贡献最大,而企业间合作对于产品开发效果的贡献最大。Through inquiring into 100 medium-sized and small electronic information enterprises of Beijing,Shanghai and other places,both cooperation among enterprises and cooperation of industry-university-institute are the common modes.Are there differences in the performance of cooperation innovation for the two modes ？ On the basis of the evaluation index system which is established according to the innovative features of medium-sized and small electronic information enterprises,we chose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the innovation performance of the two modes.There are not significant differences found between the performance of the two models.But some significant differences exist in the evaluation value of performance indicators of the two modes.We also find that cooperationof industry-university-institute contributes to the learning ability of the enterprise and cooperation among enterprises has the largest contribution to product development.
