从知识资产角度,浅析标准化战略培育和扶持高新技术企业发展

摘　　要：本文从高新技术产业化及标准化定位等方面出发,分析了标准化助推高新技术产业化的重要意义。结合近年来国家高新技术产业标准化示范区(以下简称为"示范区")的发展情况,从为企业创造知识资产的角度,分析了示范区建设对于培育和扶持高新技术企业成长和发展的作用。提出我国应进一步加强标准化对于高新技术产业的支持力度,培育和扶持战略性新兴产业的健康快速发展。Starting from the high-tech industrialization and standardization of positioning, the article analyses the importance of standardization boosting high-tech industries. Combination the standardization situation of high-teeh industry demonstration area（Hereinafter referred to as the ＂demonstration area＂） in recent years, from the perspective of knowledge assets for enterprises, analyze that the construction of demonstration area play an important role to foster and support high-tech enterprises in the growth and development. Proposed that China should further strengthen the standardization for high-tech industry support, and should further nurture and support the healthy and rapid development of emerging strategic industries.
