摘　　要：目的观察并评估采用甘油保存角膜实施角膜修补手术的疗效。方法对10例角膜穿孔患者进行破孔修补手术。结果 10例患者均成功实行了手术,保住了眼球和部分视力,手术前后无严重并发症出现。结论甘油保存角膜可以用于各类角膜破孔患者的修补手术。Objetive This study was designed to evaluate the cornea allograft saved in glycerin on treating periphery corneal perforation. Methods 10 patients underwent corneal perforation repair surgery. Results All patients underwent operations successfully. The eyeball and partial vision were saved. There were no serious complications. Conclusion This surgery is a safe and effective treatment for periphery corneal perforation.
