摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAG激光联合鼻腔内逆行植入鼻泪管支架治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法使用Nd:YAG激光治疗机对鼻泪管阻塞部位进行疏通,然后行鼻腔内逆行植入鼻泪管支架。术后冲洗泪道,2个月后拔除支架。结果对28例(35眼)行激光泪道成形联合鼻腔内逆行植入鼻泪管支架。术后随访一年,治愈32眼占91.43%。结论 Nd:YAG激光联合鼻腔内逆行植入鼻泪管支架治疗鼻泪管阻塞痛苦小,效果好。Objetive To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nd：YAG laser combined with nasal cavity retrograde insertion of nasolaerimal duct stent in the treatment of nasolaerimal duet obstruction. Method Nd：YAG laser treatment machine was used to dredge the nasolaerimal duct obstruction site. Then the nasolaerimal duct stent was retrograde implantated. After the surgery, lacrimal duct was flushed periodiely. The stent was removed two months postoperatively. Results 28 cases （35 eyes） underwent the surgery. After 1 year follow-up, 32 eyes （91.43%） were cured. Conclusion Nd：YAG laser combined with nasal cavity retrograde insertion of nasolaerimal duct stent in the treatment of nasolaerimal duet obstruction is effective and suffering less.
