摘　　要：自然界的花粉资源丰富，但其营养和药用成分复杂。本文综述了我国传统医学中有关花粉的记述，国内外花粉学家、医药学家在研究花粉的药理作用和疗效方面的成就与进展，以及花粉对心血管系统、机体免疫功能、抗老防衰、抗辐射、抑制肿瘤、消化系统、前列腺病变、糖尿病、调节内分泌、不育症方面的疗效。Pollen is very abundant in natural resources, but its nutritive and pharmacodynamic ingredients are very complicated. In this paper, a general discussion is made on the description of pollen by traditional Chinese medidine, as well as on the pharmacological and pharmacodynamic actions of pollen. Besides, a summary is made on the therapeutic effect of pollen in treating the following diseases: cardiovascular disorders, lowered immune function, senility, radio - damage, tumor, digestive disorders, prostatitis, diabetes, endocrine disorders, sterility, etc.
