摘　　要：由于时代发展，人们自我意识增强，一般只要排除掉一些导致较低的面部过宽的原因（如腮腺肥大、肥胖、咬肌肥大不显著、其他），同时又有整形外科医生允许的情况下即可进行相关的手术。就像事事都有两面性一样，各种手术都有它的利与弊。由于进行美容手术的患者更多的在乎的是手术的结果，即使是对严重并发症少的下颌角手术的一些细微的不足之处更是多加挑剔。因此对于外科手术并发症的不利影响，应充分考虑预防才好。due to the development of the times, people self awareness, as long as the general exclusion of obesity, the masseter muscle hypertrophy, parotid gland and other reasons led to the lower range is too wide, while no obvious hypertro- phy masseter muscle, get plastic surgeon recognition can be carried out operation.
