摘　　要：目的：探讨成人小肠套叠的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾分析2004-2012年经手术证实小肠套叠造成肠坏死11例临床资料。结果：本组患者均有不同程度的腹痛、恶心、呕吐；空肠套入空肠型4例、回肠套入回肠型3例和空肠套入回肠型4例。11例行腹部立位平片检查，4例提示小肠套叠（36．4％），11例均行彩超检查，6例提示小肠套叠（72．7％），8例行腹部螺旋CT检查，6例提示小肠套叠（75％）；所有患者均行手术治疗，术前诊断8例，术中发现小肠坏死10例，良性病变引起的小肠套叠8例，恶性病变3例。结论：成年人小肠套叠多由器质性病变引起，彩超、腹部螺旋CT对早期诊断有重要意义，治疗以手术为主。Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of adult intussusception. Methods A retrospective analysis from 2004 to 2012, clinical data of 11 cases confirmed by surgery small intussusception caused by intestinal necrosis. Results All patients had varying degrees of abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting jejunum into the the jejunum type 4 cases, ileum into the ileum of three cases and the jejunum into the ileum in four cases. 11 a routine orthostatic abdominal plain film examination, four cases prompted small intussusception （36.4%）, 11 cases underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination, 6 cases prompted a small intussusception （72.7%）, 8 patients underwent abdominal spiral CT examination, 6 cases of tipintussusception （75 %）; All patients underwent surgical treatment, eight cases of preoperative diagnosis of small bowel necrosis in 10 cases, eight cases of benign lesions caused intussusception and malignant lesions of three cases, intraoperative findings. Conclusion.. Adult intussusception small and more caused by organic disease, ultrasonography, abdominal spiral CT in early diagnosis, treatment based on surgery.
