摘　　要：生物靶向治疗，是在细胞分子水平上，针对已经明确的致癌位点（该位点可以是肿瘤细胞内部的一个蛋白分子，也可以是一个基因片段），来设计相应的治疗药物，药物进入体内会特异地选择致癌位点来相结合发生作用，使肿瘤细胞特异性死亡，而不会波及肿瘤周围的正常组织细胞，所以分子靶向治疗又被称为“生物导弹”。生物靶向指甲治疗各种癌症近年来受到广泛重视，本文就生物靶向制剂治疗口腔癌方面的研究进展做一综述。Biological target therapy, is in the cellular and molecular level, to have clear carcinogenic site （ the site can be the tumor cells in the interior of a protein molecule, can also be a gene fragment ）, to design the corresponding treatments, drugs will be specifically selected to cancer sites to combine work, the specificity of tumor cell death, and will not affect the tumor surrounding normal tissue cells, so the molecular targeted therapy is also known as the＂ biological missile＂. Biological targeting nail treatment of various cancers has attracted more attention, this article on biologically targeted agents in the treatment of oral cancer with respect to review the progress in the research of.
