猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗药物性胃炎56例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗药物性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将56例药物性胃炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各28例,两组患者均给予口服保护胃肠黏膜及调整饮食等常规治疗,治疗组同时口服猴头菌提取物颗粒,一天3次,每次3g。结果治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后胃、十二指肠黏膜损伤评分有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论猴头菌提取物颗粒颗粒治疗药物性胃炎疗效显著,治疗简便,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Hedgehog Fungus Extract Granules for treatment of drug-induced gastritis. Methods 56 cases of drug-induced gastritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 28 cases, the patients were given conventional treatment such as oral protect the gastrointestinal mucosa and adjust your diet in the treatment group oral Hedgehog Fungus Extract Granules three times a day, each time 3g. Results Of the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.
