摘　　要：目的探讨胆石形成与胃排空运动的关系。方法运用超声观察156例胆石形成各阶段中的胃排空运动和胆道声像。结果胆石形成伴胃排空运动异常,结石前征象占77.3%～97.0%,结石形成后占72.7%。结论胆石形成与胃排空运动有关。Objective To evaluate the relations of gallstones forming with gastric emptying. Methods 156 cases with gallstones forming that gastric emptying and biliarytract were observed by sonography. Results The gastiric emptying in 77.3-97.0% before adamant were fomed, and in 72.7% after adamant were fomed. Conclusion The gallstones forming had a correlated well with gastric emptying.
