胃次全切除术治疗贲门癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨胃次全切除术治疗贲门癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年2月至2009年2月在我院就诊近端胃贲门癌患者35例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施近侧胃次全切除术治疗,对照组实施全胃切切除术治疗,跟踪随访两组患者,比较两组2年生存率和术后并发症。结果观察组和对照组患者的2年生存率分别为66.7%和64.7%,两组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),但观察组术后反流性食管炎、营养不良并发症的发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃次全切除术治疗贲门癌效果良好,且术后并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the subtotal gastrectomy in the treatment of cardia cancer. Methods 35 patients with cardia cancer from February 2007 to February 2009 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, which were treated with subtotal gastrectomy and total gastrectomy. Compare the 2-year survival and complication in two groups. Results The 2-year survival rate in two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, and the incidence of reflux esophagitis and malnutrition in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The subtotal gastrectomy in the treatment of cardia cancer has better effect, and fewer postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
