摘  要:通过激光粒度测试得到了六种配方乳化沥青的粒径大小和分布,对比了两种设备(小磨和大磨)生产的乳化沥青的乳化效果,研究了不同工艺生产的乳化沥青的乳化性能和由于乳化效果的差异对CA砂浆拌和物性能的影响。结果表明,粒径越细,乳化效果越好,越有助于提高CA砂浆的拌和物性能和施工性能。In this paper, particle size distribution of six kinds of emulsified asphalt measured by the laser particle size analyzer was investigated. The emulsification effects of emulsified asphalt manufactured by smaller colloid mill and larger colloid mill were compared and their emulsifying abilities were studied which evidently influenced on the performances of CA mortar mixture. The result indicated that the smaller particle sizes of e- mulsified asphalt could lead to the better emulsification effect, at the same time the performances of CA mortar mixture were also improved.
