摘　　要：目的　探讨正常学龄前儿童听觉脑干诱发电位的特点 ,以指导临床工作。方法　对正常学龄前儿童 10 0只耳进行检测并与 10 0例 (2 0 0只耳 )正常成人检测结果进行比较。结果和结论　显示学龄前儿童脑干听觉诱发电位潜伏期较正常人有延长趋势 ,但两者相比较除Ⅰ波外无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) 。Objective: To explore the wave characteristics of BAEP in preschool children to direct clinical work. Methods: 100 ears of normal preschool children were measured by BAEP and compared with 200 ears of 100 normal adults .Results and Conclusion: The BAEP latency of normal preschool children tends to prolong compared with that of normal adults , but there is no significant difference in their waves except wave Ⅰ, In preschool children group,there is no sex and bilateral difference.
