三氟噻吨与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨三氟噻吨与氯丙嗪在治疗精神分裂症的疗效差异及副作用情况。方法　 15 3例住院病人 ,采用BPRS、SANS、TESS、SIMPSON量表评定。结果　两药治疗效果及显效时间相近 ,三氟噻吨对阴性症状优于氯丙嗪 ,副作用主要为锥体外系副作用 ,其他副作用不明显。结论　三氟噻吨可用于精神分裂症各亚型 。Objective: To investigate the disparities in effects and by effects between Fluanxol and Chlorpromazine used for the treatment of schizophrenic psychoses.Methods: 135 hospitalized patients were judged with BPRS,SANS,TESS,SIMPSON SCALES. Results: The study showed that Fluanxol was similar in effect and effectual time to Chlopromazine,and more effective on the negative symptoms of Schiphrenia . The main side effects of Fluaxol were extra pyramidal side effects, but other side effects were less obvious. Conclusion: Fluanxol can be applied in the treatment of all kinds of schizophrenic psychoses,especially of negative symptoms.
