摘　　要：分析铁路货运客户服务系统现状,提出构建集中式铁路局物流企业客户服务信息系统的总体架构方案,重点研究铁路局物流企业客户服务信息系统的系统目标、架构方案、技术选型和安全措施。It was analyzed the current situation of the Railway Freight Customer Service System in this thesis, presented the general architecture solution of structuring centralized Customer Service Information System for railway administration logistics enterprise, mainly researched on its system objective, architecture designing, technology selection and safety measure.
