对社会工作专业本科教育核心能力本土化的实证探索——兼对社会工作专业核心主干课程体系的反思

摘　　要：国内社会工作教育正处于发展初期阶段,对社会工作教育的核心能力及核心课程体系建设的实证探索尚未有深入研究。通过对某高校341名社工学生的课程成绩进行因子分析,得到五项核心能力因子:问题建构、资源链接、伦理反思、建立关系、嵌入服务,并据此提出对现行社会工作核心主干课程体系的调整建议。The domestic social work education is now in a prelimi- nary stage. There hasn＇t been an in-depth empirical research to the construction of core ability and the core curriculum system of social work education. This research conducted a factor analysis among the scores of 341 students of social work major in a university, and got five core ability factors constructs an issue, link relative resources, in- trospect human ethics, build relationships, implant services, according to which we put forward some adjusting suggestion on the current core curriculum system of social work.
