摘　　要：论述了高校图书馆如何发挥信息资源优势,面向社会拓宽服务范围,将信息资源开发整合成系统的、有价值的知识信息,从而满足中小企业自主创新对高校社会化信息服务的不同需求的问题,提出了高校社会化信息服务的具体措施及应注意的问题。This paper discusses the problem of how university library to give full play to its advantage in information resources, broaden the scope of service facing the society, integrate and develop the information resources into systematic and valuable knowledge information, and thus satisfy the different requirements of small and medium-sized enterprise ＇ independent innovation for university＇s socialized information service, and puts forward some concrete measures for and some problems needing attention in university＇s socialized information service.
