摘  要:应用荧光原位杂交技术检测 13例放射性工作者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体易位率及双着丝粒体率 ,并根据易位率进行生物剂量估算。结果表明 ,13例放射性工作者的平均易位率、双着丝粒体率都显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,13例放射性工作者的平均易位率约为双着丝粒体率的 8 44倍 ,两者差异显著(P <0 0 1) ,且两者无相关性 (r =0 44 3) ,除 1例核医学工作者外 ,其余 12例的生物剂量估算范围在0 6 2~ 2 17Gy之间。提示 。Translocations and dicentrics in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 13 radiation exposed workers were observed by fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)and their biological doses were estimated based on translocation frequencies.The mean translocation frequency and dicentric frequency of all 13 radiation exposed workers were significantly elevated compared with the control group(P<0 01).For a group of 13 radiation workers,the mean translocation frequency was significantly higher than the mean dicentric frequency(P<0 01),and no correlation was observed between them(r=0 443).Except a nuclear medical worker,the individual dose ranged 0 62 and 2 17Gy.The results indicated that translocation detected by FISH could be applied to estimate the biological doses of radiation workers.
