鼻咽癌患者血清EA-IgA、VCA-IgA抗体水平与放疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析鼻咽癌患者血清免疫球蛋白A/EB病毒早期抗体(EA-IgA抗体)、免疫球蛋白A/EB病毒壳抗原抗体(VCA-IgA抗体)在放疗过程中的变化,以了解EB病毒抗体水平与放疗效果的关系。方法采用ELISA法对39例鼻咽癌患者放疗前、中、后EA-IgA、VCA-IgA抗体水平进行跟踪检测,采用SAS9.1统计软件进行分析。结果 39例患者放疗前、中、后VCA-IgA抗体阳性率分别为64.1%、38.5%、17.9%,EA-IgA抗体阳性率分别为69.2%、35.9%、15.4%。两种抗体阳性率随放疗进程呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者血清EA-IgA、VCA-IgA抗体水平与放疗进程明显相关,可作为鼻咽癌放疗效果判断、监测复发和评价预后的有效指标之一。Objective To analyze the change of serum epstein-barr virus（EBV） EA-IgA and VCA-IgA antibodies level in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） patients under radiotherapy to investigate the relevance between EBV antibodies and radiotherapeutic effect.Methods Serum levels of EBV EA-IgA and VCA-IgA antibodies in 39 NPC patients were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） before,during and after the radiotherapy.The results were statistically analyzed with SAS 9.1 software.Results The positive rates of VCA-IgA antibody in 39 patients before,during and after radiotherapy were 64.10%,38.46% and 17.94% respectively,while the positive rates of EA-IgA antibodies were 69.2%,35.89% and 15.38% separately.The positive rates of the two antibodies decreased during the process of radiotherapy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There was obvious relevance between the serum EBV EA-IgA and VCA-IgA antibodies level in NPC patients and the process of radiotherapy.Serum levels of the two antibodies could be effective factors for estimating radiotherapeutic effect,monitoring disease recrudescence and evaluating prognosis in NPC.
