兰州地区多发性骨髓瘤患者M蛋白免疫固定电泳结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析兰州地区多发性骨髓瘤患者M蛋白在年龄、性别方面的型别特征。方法对兰州地区144例多发性骨髓瘤患者M蛋白进行免疫固定电泳分析。结果从性别上看,男性发病率为女性的1.36倍,IgG-κ>λ,IgA-λ>κ;女性患者中IgG型和IgA型均为λ>κ。发病年龄多为50～70岁,70～80岁次之,35岁以下未见,>80岁者亦少见。结论兰州地区多发性骨髓瘤发病在性别、M蛋白型别方面具有其特征。Objective To study the characteristics of M protein in patients with multiple myeloma（MM） for different gender and age.Methods Immunofixation electrophoresis was performed to analyze the M protein types in 144 patients with MM.Results According to gender,the mobility in male was 1.36 times greater than in female,with IgG-κtype higher than IgG-λ and IgA-λ type higher than IgA-Κ in male,and IgG-λand IgA-λhigher than IgG-κand IgA-Κin female.The mobility in different age group,ranged from high to low,was 50-70,70-80,more than 80 and below 35 years old.Conclusion There might be obvious characteristics of MM in Lanzhou,according to gender of patients and type of M protein.
