膀胱移行细胞癌中E-cd/cat复合体表达的意义

摘　　要：目的　了解上皮钙粘附素 -连环素 (E- cd/ cat)复合体与膀胱肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期以及预后的关系。方法　应用免疫组化方法检测 81例膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡病理切片中上皮钙粘附素 (E- cd)及 α、β、γ连环素的表达情况。结果　连环素和 E- cd的异常表达与膀胱肿瘤的病理分级有显著关系 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,E- cd、α及γ连环素的异常表达与临床分期有显著关系 (P<0 .0 1) ,γ-连环素和 E- cd的异常表达与患者的生存情况显著相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　 E- cd/ cat复合体表达情况可以作为检测膀胱移行细胞癌分期、分级与预后的重要指标。Objective To study the expression of E cadherin, α catenin, β catenin and γ catenin and its relation with the clinicopathologic features in patients with transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder (TCC). Methods We used the avidinbiotin immuno preoxidase technique to examine the immunostaining of E cadherin, α catenin, β catenin and γ catenin in 81 cases of TCC and 10 normal bladder biopsies. Results The degree of E cadherin γ catenin complex expression showed a positive correlation with the pathologic grade ( P <0 05). The expression of E cadherin, α catenin and γ catenin also showed a positive correlation with the clinical stage of the carcinoma. Moreover, the abnormally high expression of γ catenin as well as E cadherin was corelated with poor survival ( P <0 05). Conclusion E cadherin γ catenin complex may be used as a prognostic marker in transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder.
