摘　　要：碘营养状况的调查和监测需要选择适当的评价指标。本文综述了近 5年文献中常用指标的临床意义、适用范围、表示方法及评价标准等。这些指标包括尿碘、甲状腺体积、膳食碘摄入量、甲状腺功能参数及智商 。Selecting appropriate evaluation indicators for surveying and monitoring iodine nutritional status is needed.The indicators,which are used commonly in recent literature,are urinary iodine,thyroid volum e,dietary iodine intake,thyroid function param eters and intelligence quotient. These indicators are summ arized on their clinical significance,application range,expression method and so on.The purpose of this review is to provide some scientific references for people who are working on prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.
