厚朴三物汤治疗不完全性肠梗阻52例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察厚朴三物汤治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法将104例不完全性肠梗阻患者随机分为2组,对照组52例予西医常规治疗,治疗组52例在对照组治疗基础上加厚朴三物汤,2组均治疗3 d。记录肠鸣音恢复及首次排气、排便时间;统计临床症状包括腹痛,腹胀,恶心呕吐,停止排气、排便及电解质紊乱改善率和临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.31%,对照组总有效率76.92%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排气、排便时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组腹痛,腹胀,恶心呕吐,停止排气、排便,电解质紊乱改善率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厚朴三物汤可显著改善不完全性肠梗阻患者临床症状,促进胃肠功能恢复,提高治疗的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of incomplete intestinal obstruction treated by Houpu Sanwu decoction. Methods 104 patients with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups. Control group （ n = 52） received conventional Western treatment. 52 cases in treatment group （ n = 52） were treated by Houpu Sanwu decoction on the basis of conventional Western treatment. The time of restoration of bowel sounds, the first exhaust and defecation were recorded. The improvement rate of clinical symptoms including abdominal pain, bloating, nausea and vomiting, stop the discharge, bowel movement and electrolyte imbalance and clinical effect were counted. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.31% and 76.92% in control group. There was statistically signif- icant between two groups on the total effective rate （P 〈 0.01 ）. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The time of restoration of bowel sounds, the first exhaust and defecation in treatment group were sooner than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement rate of clinical symptoms in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Houpu Sanwu decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment.
