肾舒康合剂对马杉肾炎白兔血脂代谢的影响

摘  要:目的探讨肾舒康合剂对马杉肾炎(MGN)白兔血脂代谢的影响。方法将40只新西兰种大耳白兔随机分为正常组、模型组、肾舒康组及雷公藤多苷组,每组各10只。除正常组外,其他各组白兔均经耳缘静脉注射羊抗兔肾血清2 mL,30 min 1次,连续6次,复制白兔MGN模型。造模成功后第1 d,肾舒康组予肾舒康合剂10 mL/(kg.d)(含生药8.16 g)、雷公藤多苷组予雷公藤多苷混悬液10 mL/(kg.d)(含原药5mg)灌胃给药,模型组和正常组给予等容积0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃给药,每日1次,连续4周。于给药4周末观察各组白兔总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)的变化。结果模型组、肾舒康组及雷公藤多苷组TC、TG均较正常组明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。肾舒康组和雷公藤多苷组TC、TG与模型组比较均明显降低(P<0.01)。肾舒康组TC、TG稍高于雷公藤多苷组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾舒康合剂能明显降低TC、TG,改善MGN白兔的高脂血症状态。Objective To study the effect of Shenshukang (SSK) mixture on blood -lipid metabolism of rabbits with masugi glomerulonephritis (MGN). Methods 40 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, SSK group and glucoside of Tripterygium wilfordii group. MGN model was induced by sheep antirabbits serum on ear vein. Normal group, model group, glucoside of Triptergium wicfordil (GTW) group and SSK group received relevant medicines intragastrically as equal volume of normal saline, GTW 5 mg/kg and SSK 8.16 g/kg. After 4 weeks, TC and TG of rabbits were determined with automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results TC and TG in model group were significantly higher than the normal group (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ) ; TC and TG in both treatment groups were significantly lower than those of the model group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; TC and TG of SSK group were slightly higher than those of GTW group, but there was no significant statistics deviation ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion SSK can obviously decrease TC and TG, improve hyperlipoidemia of rabbits with masugi glomerulonephritis.
