新正天丸治疗紧张性头痛46例

摘　　要：:目的 :观察新正天丸和阿米替林治疗紧张性头痛的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 :4 6例应用新正天丸治疗 ( 6g/次 ,3次 /d) ,另 4 4例用阿米替林治疗 ( 2 5～ 10 0mg/d)。结果 :新正天丸组基本恢复率为 34 .78% ,显效率为 2 6.0 9% ,总有效率为 93.4 8% ;阿米替林组基本恢复率为 15.91% ,显效率为 2 7.2 7% ,总有效率为 70 .4 5%。两组基本恢复率和总有效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1)。治疗 15d、30d后两组头痛积分亦有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。新正天丸组无明显的不良反应 ,而阿米替林组则有 8例出现嗜睡、乏力等症。结论Objective:To observe the clinic therapeutic effect of new Zhengtian pill(NZTP) on tensionheadache,and to observe its side effect.Method:46 cases of tension headache were treated with NZTP(6.0g,Tid),While 44 cases were treated with amitriptyline(25～100mg/d).Result:The rate of recuperation,marked effect,total effect in NZTP group was 34.78%,26.09%,93.48% respectively,compared with 15.91%,27.27%,70.45% respectively in amitriptyline group.The differece of the rate of recuperation,total effect was significant between two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).The difference of headache integral between two groups was also significant after a 15 days and 30 days course of treatment.There was no obvious side effect in NZTP group,While 8 cases were accompanied by sopor and hypodynamia in amitriptyline group.Conclusion:NZTP has positive effect on tension headache.
