摘 要:建立了荧光光谱法测定饮料中日落黄含量的方法。实验结果表明,在pH为10的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,日落黄在波长303nm的紫外光激发下,最大发射波长位于430nm,其荧光强度与日落黄浓度在0.05~4.0mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系。方法的检出限(3σ)为0.024mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.8%。回收率在90.1%~111.3%之间。方法简便、快速,并成功用于饮料中日落黄的测定。A new method for the determination of sunset yellow in beverage by fluorescence spectroscopy was established. It showed that sunset yellow was excited by ultraviolet light at 303 nm could generate a strong fluorescence at 430 nm in pHz 10.0 NH3 H20-NH4C1 buffer solution. The fluorescence intensity was linear with the concentration of sunset yellow in the range of 0.05~4.0 mg/L. The detection limit was 0. 024 mg/L(3a) and the relative standard deviation was lower than 5.8%. The recoveries ranged from 90.1% to 111.3%. The method was simple,rapid,and successfully applied to the determination of sunset yellow in beverage.
