摘 要:本文基于超分子化合物β-CD/咔唑/1,2-二溴乙烷的形成,成功建立了非除氧条件下咔唑的室温磷光(RTP)测定方法。同时,对比研究了在除氧或不除氧条件下不同重原子对咔唑RTP的影响,并详细考察了影响咔唑RTP的各种因素,如pH、1,2-二溴乙烷用量、β-CD的浓度及不同时间下咔唑的RTP信号的稳定性,最后进行了实际样品测定。结果表明,在1,2-二溴乙烷存在且不除氧条件下,最大激发和发射波长λex/λem为295/440nm,咔唑在2.0×10-5~4.5×10-5 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.998,检出限为2.5×10-5 mol/L。The strong room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) of carbazole was observed under nondeoxygenation,due to the formation of the supermolecular complex of carbazole with β-cycldextrin and 1,2-bibromoethane. Meanwhile,the influence factors on the RTP of the complex,especially the pH, the added amount of/3-cyclodextrin and 1,2-bibromoethane were investigated in the presence or absence of different heavy atom compounds. Finally, real sample was determined with/3-cycldextrin induced RTP method. A maximum phosphorescence intensity was obtained at the excitation wavelength of 295 nm and emission wavelength of 440 nm. The results indicated that the RTP intensity of carbazole was in a good linear relationship with the logarithmic concentration of carbazole in the range of 2.0 X 10-s ~4.5 X 10 s mol/L, the linear coefficient was 0. 998 and the detection limit was 2.5 X 10 Smol/L.
