丝裂霉素C联合可调缝线在小梁切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨丝裂霉素c联合可调缝线在小梁切除术中应用的效果。方法对75例（120眼）原发性青光眼施行小梁切除术，术中应用丝裂霉素c并联合可调缝线；术后观察视力、滤过泡、前房深度及眼压，随访4—20个月。结果术后视力提高101眼；Ⅰ型滤过泡23眼，Ⅱ型滤过泡93眼，Ⅲ型滤过泡4眼；Ⅰ度浅前房25眼，Ⅱ度浅前房9眼；眼压0～10mmHg6眼、11～20mmHg110眼、21～30mmHg4眼。结论在小梁切除术中采用丝裂霉素C并联合可调缝线可获得良好疗效，术后并发症少。Objective To discuss the efficacy of Mitomycin C combined with adjustable suture in trabeculectomy. Methods Seventy five cases （ 120 eyes） with primary glaucoma had received trabeculecto- my, combined with Mitomycin C and adjustable suture. The visual acuity, filtrating blebs, depth of anterior chamber and the intraocular pressure were observed after the operation, with 4 - 20 months of follow-up. Re-suits The visual acuity improved in 101 eyes. There were type Ⅰ filtering blebs in 23 eyes, type Ⅱin 93 eyes, and type Ⅲ in 4 eyes. DegreeⅠ of shallow anterior chamber occurred in 25 eyes, and degree U in 9 eyes. The intraocular pressure was 0 - 10 mmHg in 6 eyes, 11 - 20 mmHg in 110 eyes, 21 - 30 mmHg in 4 eyes. Conclusion In trabeculectomy, the application of Mitomycin C combined with adjustable suture could reduce the postoperative complications.
