摘 要:为了研究高速公路路堤地基处治标准,确定公路地基相关设计参数,以阿荣旗至博克图高速公路为依托工程,借助Ansys有限元软件及正交试验思想,将高速公路路堤及地基作为一个整体建立有限元模型,并结合实际情况设计正交试验表,计算在地基变形模量等多因素组合情况下路表的总变形;然后通过分析路表总变形与路表工后变形的关系,从而建立了地基变形模量与路表工后变形的关系式。根据有限元计算及分析结果,基于路表工后变形为主动控制指标,提出了以地基临界变形模量作为设计参数的高速公路路堤地基处治标准。工程实例实测结果与本方法计算结果吻合较好。In order to study the standards of foundation treatment for highway embankment and to determine the related design parameters of highway foundation, a finite element model of highway embankment and foundation was established for the highway between Arongqi and Boketu, with the help of finite element method (FEM) software ANSYS and the idea of orthogonal test. According to the designed orthogonal test chart, the total deformation of the road surface is calculated considering many factors, including the foundation deformation modulus. By analysing the relation between the total deformation and the post-construction deformation of the road surface, an equation that de- scribes the relation between foundation deformation modulus and post-construction deformation of road surface is established. Based on the calculated and analysis results, and taking post-construc- tion deformation as an active control indicator, the standards of foundation treatment for highway em- bankment, which adopts critical foundation deformation modulus as the design parameter are pro- posed. The measured results from the project matches the calculated results.
