摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌组织中NGX6和p21WAF1的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测94例结直肠癌组织和30例正常结直肠黏膜组织中NGX6、p21WAF1蛋白的表达情况。结果 NGX6及p21WAF1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率均明显低于正常肠黏膜组织(均<0.05);NGX6和p21WAF1蛋白表达均与结直肠癌的临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(<0.05),而与组织学分级无关(>0.05);免疫组织化学显示在结直肠癌组织中两者之间阳性表达呈正相关(=0.340,<0.05)。结论 NGX6、p21WAF1蛋白表达异常可能共同参与了结直肠癌的发生发展、侵袭和转移;联合检测两种蛋白对于评价结直肠癌的恶性程度、判断其转移潜能和预后可能具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the expressions of NGX6 and p21WAF1 in colorectal carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of NGX6 and p21WAF 1 in 94 cases of gastric carcinoma and 30 cases ofcolorectal mucosal were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expressions of NGX6 and p21WAF lprotein in colorectal carcinoma tissues were both significantly lower than those in colorectal mucosal tissues（P 〈 0.05）. The expressions of NGX6 and p21WAF 1 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues were both correlated with the clinical stage, infiltration depth and lymph mode metastasis（P 〈 0.05）; but they were not correlated with his- tological grade（P 〉 0.05）. Expressions of NGX6 protein were positively correlated with expressions ofp21WAF1 （r=0.340, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Abnormal expressions of NGX6 and p21WAF1 protein may participate in oc- currence, infiltration and metastasis ofcolorectal carcinoma. Combined detection of both proteins may have important clinical significance in evaluate malignant degree, metastasis potential and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma
